Flyer distributed at the Post Oak store in Houston informing customers about the first Whole Foods Market Brewery.
Grand Opening Flyer for Whole Foods Market Domain.
The ARTiculate postcard was done for the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition and the "Greetings from Austin" was for Whole Foods Market's sponsorship of the 2013 JCC Maccabe Games.
Admittedly, this is not the most ground-breaking poster I've ever designed, BUT, it does have kind of a cool story around it and it shows how well I work under pressure and with very little time.
I was asked to design a poster announcing the stores in our region would be opening late and because someone high-up in our region was asking for it quickly, I had to get something out in less than an hour. That's not very common but I do work quickly, so my art director asked me to knock something out really fast and I did. I relied on elements, typefaces and colors that are common in our set of brand standards and designed it in about 20 minutes.
I got the files out the door and everyone was happy. The following Monday, I received an email saying that the global team (home office) liked my sign and they want to use it for the whole company. So, all over the country, these signs were displayed for guests so they would know their Whole Foods Market would be opening an hour later.
